Domestic Shipping
All US orders over $100 qualify for Free Standard Shipping. The coupon code FREEDHSHIPPING must be entered at checkout (it cannot be combined with any other offers). All orders over $200 will require a signature for delivery.
Dezigner Heaven is dedicated to fulfilling high standards for our clients so we currently ship using UPS Standard/Ground, 3rd Day Select, 2nd Day Air Saver, and Next Day. As well as, USPS shipping options include First-Class Package International, Priority Mail International, and Priority Express International. Both are widely used and trusted shipping providers with a high success rate for deliveries with the best shipping rates versus the competitors.

Due to popular demand, we have expanded our shipping zone and offer Worldwide shipping!
USPS shipping options include First-Class Package International, Priority Mail International and Priority Express International.
UPS shipping options include UPS Worldwide Saver, UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Worldwide Express Plus.
Duties & Taxes:
Please note, that customs fees vary so we do not collect duties during checkout. The recipient of the package is responsible for these fees. If duties are due, your customs agency will let you know when the package arrives in your country. It is your responsibility to pay these fees to your country. These fees are not included in the pricing or shipping/handling charges on our website. It is strongly recommended to check with your local agency for an estimate of these fees prior to placing the order.
Once items are shipped, liability is covered by the terms of the carrier. We will ship to the address specified by the client. If you did not provide us with an accurate address, neither Dezigner Heaven, LLC., nor the shipping carrier, unfortunately, can be held responsible for the loss of an item. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout for complete accuracy for a successful delivery.
Prohibited Items: We cannot export items containing the following materials. If the following items are added at checkout we will notify you that the items are unable to be shipped to your country and your order will be canceled and refunded.

- Calf & Sheep hair goods - handbags and shoes
- Gold-plated jewelry of any kind
General Shipping Info
All orders will ship within 1-3 business days once your payment has been processed, (3-5 business days if you used AmazonPay). Once your order ships, you will receive your tracking via email. All orders placed on Friday after 12 pm PST will ship the following business day.
Please note: US orders placed after 12 pm PST on a Friday and (Next Day Air) is selected, unfortunately, they will not ship until Monday's package pick up and will be delivered by Tuesday the following business day.
