PAYMENT METHODS: Shop Pay & More!

Pay in full or choose a flexible payment plan with Shop Pay and Shop Pay Installments

*Shop Pay - Split into 4 equal interest-free payments every 2 weeks (biweekly). Depending on several factors, your first payment is due at the time of your purchase or about 2 weeks after.

**Shop Pay Installments monthly installments up to 12 months.

  • No fees or penalties - Affirm doesn't charge fees, ever. That means there are no late fees or prepayment fees, so you can pay your balance off early without penalty. However, making partial payments or late payments may affect your chances of getting approved for Shop Pay installments.
  • Impact to credit score - When using Shop Pay installments, there will be no impact to your credit score since Affirm doesn't conduct a hard credit pull or report to the credit bureaus. However, late payments and non-payments may affect your ability to pay with Shop Pay installments in the future.
  • Choose Shop Pay at checkout for carbon-neutral deliveries at no extra cost.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, ELO, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and PayPal.

ONLINE ORDERS: How do I place an order?

Follow these simple steps to place an order online:

Add an item to your shopping bag by clicking the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product page. You can review your shopping bag and make any necessary changes/edits before checking out.

Scroll over the “Bag” icon at the top right of the Dezignerheaven.com page and then select “Checkout.”

Follow the instructions until your order has been confirmed. You'll know your order is complete when you see our Order Confirmation page with your order number.

You will receive at least two emails following the placement of your order. The first will confirm your order was received. The second will confirm your order was shipped and will contain a tracking number to let you track the delivery of your package. If any of your items are out-of-stock or your delivery date has changed, you will receive an email with status updates on your order.

Can I call to place my order?
At this time we aren’t able to process orders over the phone. However, if you are having trouble placing your order, please contact us at customercare@dezignerheaven.com for an immediate response. 

SHIPPING: Do you ship internationally?

Due to popular demand, we have expanded our shipping zone and we now offer Worldwide shipping!

Duties & Taxes: 

Please note, that customs fees vary so we do not collect duties during checkout. The recipient of the package is responsible for these fees. If duties are due, your customs agency will let you know when the package arrives in your country. It is your responsibility to pay these fees to your country. These fees are not included in the pricing or shipping/handling charges on our website.  It is strongly recommended to check with your local agency for an estimate of these fees prior to placing the order.

Once items are shipped, liability is covered by the terms of the carrier. We will ship to the address specified by the client. If you did not provide us with an accurate address, neither Dezigner Heaven, LLC., nor the shipping carrier, unfortunately, can be held responsible for the loss of an item. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout for complete accuracy for a successful delivery. 

Prohibited Items: We cannot export items containing the following materials. If the following items are added at checkout we will notify you that the items are unable to be shipped to your country and your order will be canceled and refunded. 

  • Leather goods - handbags, wallets, and shoes
  • Calf & Sheep hair goods - handbags and shoes
  • Gold plated jewelry of any kind

 

Where do items ship from?

All items ship from the San Francisco/Bay Area in California - United States.

 

How long will it take to receive my order? 

All orders will ship within 1 business day. Once your order ships you will receive your tracking via email. All orders placed on Friday after 12pm PST will ship the following business day. 

Please note: US orders placed after 12pm PST on a Friday and (UPS Next Day Air) is selected, unfortunately they will not ship until Monday's UPS pick up and will be delivered by Tuesday the following business day. 

We ship from the San Francisco/Bay Area, California - United States if you live in CA shipments usually take 2 business days or less so expedited shipping is not required unless you select it at checkout. 

If you live outside of CA - we offer a variety of shipping options at checkout including shipping days in transit. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

ORDERS: How do I register with Dezignerheaven.com?

Click on the person icon on the top right hand navigation, once you see the log in page click the "Create account" selection 

What if I forget my password?

Simply select  "Forgot Password?" below the sign in area and a password reset email will be delivered to your inbox.

Why was my order canceled? 

  • For your protection, we cancel any orders that are flagged as suspicious by our Risk Management Team.
  • We are not responsible for pricing, typographical or other errors in any offer and reserve the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors, even after the order has been accepted.

We do not charge our customers for canceled orders. A transaction on your statement may indicate an authorization hold was placed on the funds associated with the order, but the authorization should be reversed within five to seven business days. If you would like to proceed with your purchase, a new order must be placed.

BILLING & CHARGES: What is a Credit Card Authorization?

Once your order is placed, a pre-authorization (pending charge/hold) for the full amount will be applied to your credit card. Depending on your financial institution, this pre-authorization is usually removed automatically within 7 days.

Can I cancel an order?
You can request to cancel your order within 1-hour after placing your order. To cancel your order, please email us directly customercare@dezignerheaven.com.

Are there any restrictions for promotions?

Yes, our system only allows for 1 coupon code to be entered per transaction. All promotions are available for a limited time during indicated dates, and only while supply lasts.
